Submission & Payment Requirements

 

Submission of Documents

  • تقدم الوثائق شخصياً في السفارة أو عبر البريد السريع.
  • One photocopy for each set of documents is required.
  • Submission to be within the working hours of the Consular Section:
    Monday to Friday: 10:30 am to 12:00 pm & 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm.
  • Documents issued in Jordan must be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan before submission to the Embassy for certification. Documents certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan are exempt from certification fees at the Embassy.Documents issued in Singapore must be certified by the Singapore Academy of Law before submission to the Embassy.

Registration & Payment Procedure

To facilitate digital processing of consular services, the following will apply:

  • Upon submission of documents for certification, preparation of Power of Attorneys, or issuance of civil certificates, an email address and mobile phone number must be provided for registration purposes.
  • After submission, the Consular Section will send a payment notification (QR Code) to the registered email address.
  • Payment must be completed electronically via the QR code provided.
  • Once payment is successfully completed, you must notify the Consular Section accordingly.

Important:
Do NOT attempt to make another payment transaction if you receive a failed payment confirmation. Kindly contact the Consular Section to verify the transaction status through the system before attempting again.

  • The Embassy will contact you once the documents are ready for collection.

الرسوم:

  • Commercial Documents (per stamp): SGD 73.5
  • Personal Documents (per stamp): 17.5 دولار سنغافوري.

⚠️ The Embassy will no longer accept cash payments for consular services. All payments must be made electronically through the QR code issued by the Consular Section.

Please note:

  • Consular fees remain unchanged as determined by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
  • However, additional bank transaction charges may apply depending on the payment service provider or bank used.

The following certificates issued by WTO Members remain exempt from certification fees:

    • Certificates of Origin
    • Commercial Invoices
    • Packing Lists
