Welcome to the website of the Embassy of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to Singapore.


Our aim is to help introduce you to the history, culture and heritage of Jordan which lies at the crossroads of ancient civilizations and is in the heart of the Arab world and the Middle East. We also strive to bring Jordanians and Singaporeans closer together by highlighting the long-standing relationship between the two countries, and the potential to contribute to the global perspective that both Jordan and Singapore share.

To our fellow Jordanians in Singapore, we hope that this website will assist us in serving you better and to keep you closer to home in Jordan.

Since the Embassy opened its doors in 2018, it has witnessed the warm reception and cordiality from Singaporeans on all levels and from different walks of life. I have been honoured by the welcome I received during my various meetings and interactions with Singaporean officials, society, the business community together with civil and academic institutions.

Our hope at the Embassy is to build on this goodwill towards Jordan and its people and further explore areas of collaboration between the two countries.

What Singapore has achieved since its independence in 1965 is remarkable. Over the decades, the country has transformed itself to become a leader in Asian and global socio-economic indicators by concentrating on the development of its human and resources. Singapore’s reputation as a hub in South East Asia for trade, transport and investments has made the country an invaluable contributor to world peace, stability and prosperity.

As in the case of Singapore, Jordan has scarce natural resources. But the two countries share the vision of investing in their human capital and be forward looking towards the future; benefiting from and contributing to the advances of science and technology. Both Jordanian and Singaporean societies also pride themselves with their tolerance, coherence and resilience. Such common goals and values, as well as aspiration for an always better future, should guide us towards advancing the relationship between Jordan and Singapore to new levels.

The Embassy looks forward to contributing to achieving such goals to better serve our two countries and peoples.
