Replacement of a Damaged Military Service Booklet for Jordanian Nationals

Required documents:

  1. Completed application form (download the application form below).
  2. Two passport size photos (white background).
  3. The applicant’s original damaged Military Service Booklet.
  4. Copies of bridges statistical (yellow) card and Israeli occupying authority permit (if applicable).
  5. Copy of the applicant’s valid Jordanian ID card.
  6. Copy of the valid Family Booklet.

Fees:

A fine of SGD 17.50, in addition to the deferment fee as follows:

  • One-year deferment of the military service for ages 25 and below: SGD 3.50
  • Five-years deferment of the military service for ages between 25 and 35: SGD 17.50
  • Deferment of the military service for ages between 36 and 40: SGD 3.50 per year until the age of 40.
  • Cash payment only.
