Replacement of a Damaged Family Booklet

Required documents:

  1. Completed application form (download application form below).
  2. Two passport size photos of each spouse (white background).
  3. The applicant’s original damaged family booklet.
  4. Presentation of the applicant’s valid Jordanian ID card.

Note:

  • Submission of documents to be done in person at the Embassy.

Fees:

  • Replacement Fee:  SGD 10.5
  • Cash payment only.

Processing time:

  • 25-50 days.
