Renewal of a Family Booklet

Required documents:

  1. Completed application form (download application form below).
  2. Two passport size photos of each spouse (white background).
  3. The applicant’s original Family Booklet.
  4. Presentation of the applicant’s valid Jordanian ID card.
  • Adding a newborn child (born in Singapore) to the Family Booklet:
  1. Completed personal information form (download personal information form below).
  2. One passport size photo (white background).
  3. The birth certificate certified by the Singapore Academy of Law and translated into Arabic.

Note:

  • Submission of documents to be done in person at the Embassy.

Fees:

  • Renewal Fee:  SGD 7
  • Cash payment only.

Processing time:

  • 25-50 days.
