Issuance of Certificates of Marriage, Single-Status, Family-Status, Birth and Death

Note:

  • The Embassy can only issue marriage, single-status, family-status, birth or death certificates, if the certificate was previously registered with the Civil Status and Passports Department of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
  • Please provide the Embassy with the applicant’s full name and National Number by email at consular@joembassy.sg. The applicant will receive a reply from the Embassy concerning the eligibility for issuance of the certificate.
  • Submission of documents to be done in person at the Embassy.

Required documents:

  • A valid Jordanian ID card or Jordanian passport.

Fees:

  • Issuance Fee:  SGD 3.5
  • Cash payment only.

Processing time:

  • 3- 5 working days.
