First Time Issuance of a Family Booklet

Required documents:

  1. Completed application form (download the application form below).
  2. Two passport size photos of each spouse (white background).
  3. Copy of the couple’s marriage certificate*. 
  4. Copies of bridges statistical (yellow) card, Palestinian ID card and Israeli occupying authority permit (if applicable).
  5. Presentation of the couple’s valid Jordanian ID cards.

*Marriage certificates not issued in Jordan are to be translated into Arabic and certified by the Embassy of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in the issuing country. 

 Note:

  • Submission of documents to be done in person at the Embassy.

Fees:

  • First time application:  SGD 7.
  • Cash payment only.

Processing time:

  • 25-50 days.
