Replacement of a Lost Temporary Jordanian Passport

Required documents:

  1. Completed application form (download the application form below).
  2. Eight passport size photos (white background).
  3. Copy of the applicant’s lost passport (if available).
  4. Copies of bridges statistical (green) card, Palestinian ID card and Israeli occupying authority permit (if applicable).
  5. Copy of any other passport held by the applicant (if applicable).
  6. Singapore Police Force (SPF) report translated into Arabic and certified by the Embassy.

Note: 

  • Submission of documents to be done in person at the Embassy.

Fees:

  • First time application:  SGD 721
  • Second incident onwards:  SGD 1,071
  • Cash payment only.

Processing time:

  • 25-50 days.
